Food for Thought

My food for thought today …

Being healthy and fit doesn’t mean being skinny. It means picking up a heavier weight the next time you go to the gym; it’s running an extra mile when you’re ready to stop; it’s choosing a piece of fruit over a piece of cake. More importantly, its feeling good about yourself and feeling like you’re meeting your overall goals to a healthier you. Don’t be concerned with number on the scale or the size of your jeans. If you can look yourself in the mirror and say, “I’m healthy and happy with myself and what I’m doing with my life” then you’re exactly where you need to be. ♥
