Holy moley! It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted but do not fear my sweet WordPress … I haven’t forgot about you.
Fitness Lifestyle Right Now — Since last week, I’ve been really getting into group fitness classes at Shapes. Like I’ve said in a previous post, group fitness classes are a great way to commit yourself to working out for a certain amount of time. Plus, you have the encouragement from those in the class with you to keep going — even if your muscles are screaming at you to stop.
Here are the classes I am obsessed with right now:
- Pilates (I really want to get certified to teach Pilates. I love it!)
- Bodies Defined (Strength-training/sculpting)
- Aerobic Weight Training
Healthy Eating Lifestyle Right Now — For the past week, I’ve been religiously following the prescribed Slim & Trim diet on FitClick.com.
